摘 要:用多种电化学方法研究了Cd(Ⅱ)与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-(a-呋喃甲酰基)-5-吡唑啉酮(HPMctFP)配位吸附波的性质及反应机理。考察了支持电解质、体系pH、配体用量、扫描的起始电位、扫描速度等对电极反应的影响。实验结果表明,在HAc—NaAc(pH=4.8)的介质中,于-0.67V(VS.SCE)处出现一尖锐、灵敏的极谱峰,此极谱波被证明为配合物的吸附波。Ca(Ⅱ)含量在0.2—12μg·mL^-1与峰电流呈线性关系,峰电流由中心离子Cd(Ⅱ)还原产生。配合物的组成为Cd^2+:HPMαFP=1:1。The properties of the coordinative absorptive wave and the mechanism of electrode reaction on the complex of Cd ( Ⅱ ) and 1 - phenyl - 3 -methyl -4 - (a -furoyl) -5 - pyrazolone (HPMaFP) were studied by using several electrochemical methods. The effects of the sustaining electrolyte, systematic pH, and amount of ligand, scanning initiative potential, and scanning speed on the electrode reaction were investigated. The results show that in HAc- NaAc (pH = 4.8 ), a sharp sensitive polarographic peak appears at - 0.67V (vs. SCE ). It proves that the polargraphic wave at -0.67V is an adsorptive wave of the complex. The peak height is well linear relationship with the concentration of Cd ( 11 ) (0.2 - 1.2μg · mL^-1 ). The oeak current is produced by reduction of the ion Cd ( Ⅱ ). The molar ratio of the complex is Cd^2+: HPMaFP = 1 : 1.
