摘  要:对国内外耐高温有机胶黏剂的研究进展进行了综述。对耐高温有机胶黏剂的定义、种类做了简明阐述。对环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、有机硅、聚酰亚胺、聚氨酯、氰酸酯等耐高温胶黏剂的制备、性能和应用进行了较详细的论述。分别讨论了各种耐高温有机胶黏剂基体树脂的结构和性能特点以及提高上述胶黏剂耐高温性能的改性方法。对聚苯并咪唑和聚喹噁啉胶黏剂进行了简介。最后,对耐高温有机胶黏剂今后的发展趋势进行了展望。The progress in study on high temperature organic adhesives all over the world was reviewed. The definition and types of high temperature organic adhesives were presented briefly. The preparation, properties and application of high temperature organic adhesives including epoxy resin, phenolic resin, silicone, polyimide, polyurethane, and cyanate ester were discussed in detail. The structure and characteristic of high temperature organic adhesives were analyzed. The modification methods to improve heat - resistance of organic adhesives were also discussed respectively. PBI and PQ adhesives were introduced briefly. At last, the further development trend of high temperature organic adhesives is presented.
