高油价时代下发达国家的能源发展战略分析

摘　　要：能源的可持续发展是世界、也是我国范围内的重大战略问题,关系到人类社会的生存与长远发展。本文首先分析了世界能源消费的现状,指出能源消费面临严峻形势,进而探讨了发达国家在高油价时代下的能源发展战略,这些战略对我国具有借鉴意义。Sustainabledevelopme nt of energy is a major strategic issue in the world, but also within the scope of China. It is related to human society＇s survival and longterm development. This paper first analyzes the status of energy consumption in the world, and points out that energy consumption is facing severe situation. We discuss the strategy and some specific practices of energy development in the developed countries in high oil price time. These strategies have references to China.
