摘　　要：中小企业是拉动区域经济增长的重要力量,创新型城市发展战略客观上要求政府重视对中小企业,尤其是成长型中小企业的扶持。本文结合课题调研成果,分析了目前深圳市中小工业企业,特别是科技型中小企业融资难的基本情况,深入研究了主要融资渠道情况,并对深圳市中小工业企业融资情况进行了评析。SMEs is a major force in stimulating regional economic growth, the strategic of innovative urban development requires the Government to attach great importance to SMEs, especially the growth of SMEs. Based on Subject research＇s results ,this paper analyzed the basic situation about the current difficult of corporate finance of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shenzhen City, especially the Small ＆ Medium technological Enterprises, and deeply studied the situation of main financing channels, and then conducted assessments to the financing situation of small ＆ medium -sized industrial enterprises in Shenzhen.
