摘　　要：高阳属于传统粮棉产区,该地形成了纺织产业集群化发展与"糊口"农业并存的区域经济特点。高阳纺织产业通过走集群化发展的道路,降低了交易成本,占据了三巾产品的低端市场。但由于农户组织在过度竞争的环境中,很少会考虑采用绿色印染技术,已经造成当地水污染。水污染反过来又影响高阳县纺织产品的品质,恶性循环正在形成。这是高阳纺织业面临的最大挑战。Gaoyang County is traditional principle grain production area.Gaoyang County regional economic Characteristic is spinning industry in cluster and agriculture in self-Sufficiency exists together. The spinning industries of Gaoyang through clustering development decrease transaction cost and capture the spinning industries of Gaoyang through clustering development decrease transaction cost and capture the low-end market of three-towel.In the perfect competitive market peasant hardly adopt green printing and dyeing technique.Printing and dyeing pollute water resource.Polluted water decrease towel＇s quality conversely.A vicious circle has developed in Gaoyang County.This is Gaoyang＇s greatest challenge.
