摘　　要：农村公共产品供给严重不足,城乡公共产品供给差距不断拉大,已成为制约农业和农村经济发展的"瓶颈"。本文在调查分析合肥市农村公共产品供给不足的现实和原因的基础上,就如何实现农村公共产品有效供给和建立持续增长机制,提出了新的思路和对策建议。Insufficient supply of public goods in rural areas with the enlargement of supply gap between urban and rural areas has placed a big constraint on rural economic development. This paper investigates the reality and the reason of insufficient supply of public goods in the Hefei rural area, and presents a new idea with countermeasure and suggestions how to realize the effective supply of rural public goods and to establish the sustained growth mechanism.
