摘  要:研究反式1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)用量和炭黑分布对TPI/SBR并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,炭黑在TPI/SBR并用胶中存在平衡分布,当其处于平衡分布状态时,并用胶的综合物理性能和动态性能较好;随着TPI用量的增大,并用胶定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度增大,拉断伸长率和压缩疲劳温升降低。The effects of TPI proportion and carbon black distribution on the properties of TPI/ SBR blend were investigated. The results showed that there was an equilibrium distribution of carbon black between TPI and SBR, the TPI/SBR blend possessed better comprehensive physical properties and dynamic properties when the carbon black was in a state of equilibrium distribution; with the increase of TPI proportion, the modulus, tensile strength and tear strength of TPI/SBR blend increased, the elongation at break and the temperature-rise under compression fatigue test were reduced.
