大型建设项目业主方组织界面整合度及整合机制研究

摘　　要：从业主方角度提出了大型建设项目组织界面整合度的概念及其概念模型,并建立了大型建设项目业主方组织界面整合度的评价指标体系,提出运用物元模型衡量大型建设项目业主方组织界面整合度。在此基础上,从业主方角度提出了大型建设项目组织界面整合的三种机制,即非正式交流机制、创新组织结构模式以及守信激励和失信惩罚机制。This paper gives the concept of organizing interface integration and its maturity model, and then establishes an evaluation index system for the integration of owners＇ organizing interfaces for large-scale construction projects. This paper also proposes a matter-element model to evaluate the interface integration. Finally, this paper gives three integrating mechanisms for large-scale construction projects from the point of view of owners, including informal communication, innovative organization structure, and awarding-punishment mechanism for credit or faithbreaking cases.
