摘　　要：对最后计划者体系的基本原理和实施方法进行了阐述,分析了最后计划者体系与传统计划方法的区别与联系,指出我国建筑施工企业推行最后计划者体系方法尚存在的障碍。Aeeording to discussion on the basic principle and implement method of last planner system, the paper analyzes the discrimination and relationship between the last planner System and traditional plan method. At last, it points out the difficulties of carrying out the last planner system in Chinese construction corporation at present.
