益气滋阴化瘀法治疗气阴两虚型IgA肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察IgA肾病Ⅰ号方治疗气阴两虚型IgA。肾病的临床疗效。方法采用随机法将IgA肾病患者分成治疗组和对照组各20例，对照组服用苯那普利片、潘生丁，治疗组在对照组基础上加服IgA肾病Ⅰ号方。结果治疗组总有效率为85％，对照组总有效率为65％；治疗组在改善临床症状，减少尿中红细胞与尿蛋白，逆转早期肾损害，改善肾小管功能等方面均有显著疗效。结论IgA肾病Ⅰ号方治疗气阴两虚型IgA肾病疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical effects of the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on IgA nephropathy with syndrome deficiency of qi and yin Method The patients in treatment group were treated with the integrated treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and those in control group with Western medicine for 30 days respectively. Result The total effectiveness rate in the treatment group and control group was 85.00% and 65.00% respectively. In the treatment group, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved, urinary red cells and urine protein were reduced, early kidney damage was reversed, and the renal tubule function was improved. Conclusion The curative effectiveness of IgA Shenbing I decoction is satisfactory in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with syndrome deficiency of qi and yin.
