正清风痛宁对乙肝肾疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨正清风痛宁对乙型肝炎病毒相关肾炎（HBV-GN，简称乙肝肾）蛋白尿的疗效。方法将20例乙肝肾患者分为治疗组10例、对照组10例，对照组口服阿德福韦酯片10mg／d、prednison 0．5mg·kg^-1·d；治疗组在对照组基础上加服sinomenine240mg／d，两组均观察3个月。比较治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量和血白蛋白水平。结果治疗后两组尿蛋白都有下降，但治疗组尿蛋白下降更加显著（P〈0．01）；血清白蛋白显著上升（P〈0．05）。结论正清风痛宁可有效地降低HBV-GN尿蛋白和升高血白蛋白。Objective discusses sinomenine to the hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis （HBV-GN） proteinuria to treat effect. Method The treatment group 10 examples, take orally sinomenine 240 rag. d, Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets 10 mg· d, prednisone 0. 5 mg·kg^-1 · d, the control group 10 examples, except sinomenine on basis of the treatment group, two groups all observed 3 months. Result treating the latter two group of urine protein to drop, but two groups compare, the treatment group urine protein drops is more remarkable（P〈0. 01）, the serum albumin obviously rises （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion sinomenine may effective reduce the urine protein of HBV-GN and elevate the blood albumin.
