虚拟战场仿真训练对海训学员血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白和新喋呤的影响

摘  要:目的观察虚拟现代战争环境对参加海训学员血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白(IAP)和新喋呤(Npt)水平的影响,探讨开展虚拟战场环境训练的可行性。方法使用高科技的音像设备如PDF3+投影仪、环形屏幕、高保真音响、动感座椅、三维动画影像等,建成虚拟现代战场环境的学员训练教室。选择参加海训学员82名,分为实验组40名、对照组42名。两组学员年龄、军龄、身高、体重差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组参加海训前先进行虚拟现代战场环境的体验训练,对照组学员则在海训前观看当代战争简介的DVD和VCD,观看时间和次数同实验组。两组学员均参加为期10d的海训。分别采用单向免疫扩散法和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对两组学员海训前后的血清IAP和Npt水平进行检测及对比。结果初步实现了虚拟现代战场环境的目的,给参训人员以身临战场的听觉、视觉、触觉的刺激与训练。海训前两组学员血清IAP和Npt水平差异无统计学意义。海训后实验组学员血清IAP和Npt分别为390.9±39.2mg/L、14.1±4.2nmol/L,较海训前(分别为382.0±45.3mg/L、13.8±3.1nmol/L)均无明显变化(P>0.05);而对照组学员血清IAP和Npt分别为422.9±43.3mg/L、16.6±4.3nmol/L,较海训前(分别为385.1±52.0mg/L、13.9±5.4nmol/L)均明显增高(P<0.05)。海训后实验组学员血清IAP和Npt水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现代战争环境训练可提高军校学员在军事应激条件下的适应能力和机体免疫功能。Objective To investigate the dynamic changes in serum immunosuppressive acidic protein (IAP) and neopterin (Npt) of soldiers undergoing marine training in an emulated marine pattlefield, and to study the feasibility of such training. Methods For the students in a military medical university, the classroom was equipped with high technological naval equipments, such as PDF3^+ projector, annular curtain, high-fidelity sound instruments, dynamic passenger cabin and modem three-dimensional animated cartoon technique to mimic modem naval warfare. 82 students from the Second Military Medical University who were under naval training were randomly divid- ed into two groups: research group (n=40) and control group (n=42). Before the naval training, the students in research group underwent a practical training in an emulated modem battlefield, and the students in control group were allowed to watch the modem military DVD or VCD, and then all the students in both groups took part in military naval training, which lasted for 10 days. The serum levels of lAP and Npt were respectively analyzed by one way immunodiffusion assay and ELISA before and after the training. Results Emulated modem battlefield environment vividly simulated the high technological war scenery. The trainees in such environment distinctly experienced the auditory, visual and tactual sense as if they actually participated in a real war. No significant change was found on lAP and Npt levels in the students of research group (P〉0.05) after the training, while for the students of control group, the levels of lAP and Npt increased significantly after the training (P〈0.05). Conclusion The virtual modem battlefield training may improve the trainees' adaptability and immune function in a stress condition.
