摘  要:目的:探讨血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂-C(CystatinC)在心房颤动(房颤)发生中的意义以及CystatinC与hs-CRP的相关性。方法:选取房颤组103例,对照组112例,采用德国BN-ProSpec全自动速率散色比浊仪测定血浆hs-CRP和CystatinC的含量。结果:房颤组血浆hs-CRP和CystatinC的水平较对照组明显升高。房颤患者血浆CystatinC与hs-CRP之间存在强相关性,其相关系数r为0.488。结论:房颤患者血浆hs-CRP和CystatinC水平均明显升高,且CystatinC与hs-CRP存在强相关性,提示CystatinC可能为一个新的炎症因子,其升高在房颤的发生发展中可能起着重要的作用。Objective:To investigate the signifance of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) and cystatin C in the occurence and development of atrial fibrillation. Method: We recruited 103 patients with atrial fibrillation and 112 controls. The plasma levels of hsCRP and cystatin C were detected by means of a particle-enhanced immunonephelometric assay (N Latex cystatin C, Dade Behring) with a nephelometer (BNII, Dade Behring). Result: The plasma levels of hsCRP and cystatin C were significantly higher in patients with atrial fibrillation than those in controls(P=0. 000, P=0. 000, respectively). Multi varietic regression analysis showed that there was a close relationship between cystatin C and hsCRP after adjusting other factors (r= 0. 488). Conclusion: Plasma levels of hsCRP and cystatin C are increased in patients with atrial fibrillation. Elevated cystatin C levels is positively asso ciated with hsCRP, and might be a novel inflammatory predictor for the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation.
