摘　　要：综述了内氧化法制备Al_2O_3弥散强化铜基复合材料的研究进展,总结了Cu-Al合金内氧化介质及热力学和动力学条件,对内氧化法制备Al_2O_3弥散强化铜基复合材料进行了详细的阐述。The progress of Al2O3 dispersion strengthening Cu-based composite prepared by internal oxidation was reviewed; the medium of internal oxidation and the conditions of thermodynamics and kinetics were summed up; the combination processes of Al2O3 dispersion strengthening Cu-based composite prepared by internal oxidation were described in detail.
