减速器输出轴断裂失效的分析

摘　　要：文中在减速器输出轴疲劳破坏失效定性分析的基础上，应用断口分析和断裂力学的方法，估算了引起减速器输出轴疲劳破坏的工作应力、使用寿命等．这一估算，不仅证实了定性分析的结果，而且对于类似构件的设计、制造和使用等均有参考价值．In adition to a preiously made qualitative analysis for the fatique failure of theoutput shaft of a reducer, an estimation of the operating stresses and an estimation of theservice life of the shaft have been carried out by using the methods of fractography andfracture mechanics. The results not only confirms the concmsion of the qualitative analysisbut also is useful for the design, manufacture and service of Parts similar to the shaft.
