摘  要:目的观察龙眼参多糖(LYSP)对老年痴呆模型SAMP8鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法选用6月龄SAMP8鼠50只,随机均分为SAMP8空白组、阳性药石杉碱甲对照组、低、中、高剂量LYSP组;另选用6月龄SAMR1鼠10只作正常对照组。各组分别灌胃相应药物40d后,应用Morris水迷宫检测各组小鼠学习记忆能力的变化。结果与SAMR1组比较,SAMP8小鼠在隐蔽平台试验中表现出明显的学习记忆障碍,逃避潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05),LYSP组从第3天起逃避潜伏期较SAMP8空白组显著缩短(P<0.05);探索试验中LYSP组原平台象限的停留时间和穿越原平台次数明显多于SAMP8空白组;反向试验中LYSP组第3天的逃避潜伏期比SAMP8空白组亦显著缩短(P<0.05);可视平台试验结果各组无差异。结论LYSP能改善SAMP8鼠的学习记忆能力。Objective To observe the effects of Millettia Pulchra Kurz var, Laxior (Dunn) Z Wei polysaccharides (LYSP) on learning and memory abilities in senescence accelerated-prone mouse/8 (SAMP8). Methods 50 6-month-old SAMP8 mice were randomized in to 5 groups: SAMP8, huperzine A control, low-, mid- and high-dose groups of LYSP, with 10 mice in each group. Another 10 6- month-old SAMR1 mice were assigned to normal control group. After medication for 40 days, Morris water maze test was used to assess the change of learning and memory abilities in each group. Results Compared to SAMR1 group, SAMP8 mice showed significant impairments in learning and memory in hidden platform test, and the prolonged escape latency( P 〈 0. 05 ). LYSP-treated groups significantly increased the time and times of swim in original platform quadrant in spatial probe test( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and significantly shortened the escape latency in reverse platform quadrant test than SAMP8 group from the 3rd day. There was no significant difference among each group in visual platform test. Conclusions LYSP could improve the learning and memory abilities in SAMP8 mice.
