摘 要:女性绝经后,2型糖尿病的发病率显著增加,雌激素替代治疗(hormone replacement therapy,HRT)能有效改善症状。以往通常认为雌激素是通过增强胰岛素的敏感性,改善糖、脂代谢的紊乱,从而缓解胰岛素抵抗。最近的研究表明,除上述机制外,雌激素直接作用于胰岛β细胞,防止其凋亡和促进胰岛素的分泌在其中也起着关键的作用。The incidence of T2DM is remarkably increased in postmenopausal women. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) with estrogen has been clinically used to improve the T2DM climacteric symptoms. Previously, the effectiveness of estrogen HRT was thought to be mainly correlated with the enhancement of insulin sensitivity and improvement in glucose and lipid metabolism. Recently, accumulative evidence has shown that estrogen directly affects the multiple functions of pancreatic beta ceils such as preventing apoptosis and promoting insulin secretion of the cells, which provides new mechanism for HRT-based therapy.
