摘　　要：介绍图书馆利用浏览器工具条提供信息服务的优点和创建工具条的方法,以几个图书馆利用工具条令图书馆走到读者身边的实例,说明工具条具有数字图书馆的信息服务功能。Introduced the merit of library using the browser toolbar to provide the information service and the method to esteblish a toolbar. By several example of librarian using the toolbar to make library and reader closer, explained that the toolbar has the digital library information service function.
