基于地区复兴思想的城市设计——以泰州市海陵区三河地区设计为例

摘　　要：旧城地区的复兴已逐步成为城市建设的热点,如何在更新过程中实现地区原有价值,展现其独特品质,并在此过程中提升其总体价值是研究中的重点。该文以泰州市海陵区三河地区设计为例,详细阐释了复兴设计中的主要内容、发展策略、建设模式等一系列问题,指出复兴设计不仅需要复兴各类功能空间,同时还要利用旅游业的植入,培育旅游空间,从而达到提升地区品质与开发价值的目的。Revival of Old City has gradually become the hotspot in the urban construction, it is the key point of research that how to realize the local original value, manifest its unique features and promote its overall value. Taking the design of Sanhe Area in Hailin District, Taizhou City for an example, this article explains the main content, development strategy, construction pattern, etc in the revival design in details, points out that the designers should not only revitalize varied function space, but also develop tour space by introducing tourism in the revival design to promote the local quality and development value.
