摘　　要：阅读是一种对话,一种参与,一种设身处地进入作者写作情境的旅程。该文结合宁海县图书馆设计分析阐述了通过建筑语汇表达更多的文化意味,柔性的院落空间烘托刚性建筑实体,概显建筑刚方正气的设计思路,在围合与开放之间的对比中造成内部空间深远的意味。图书馆设计应在空间与建筑上创造更多的人与环境、人与建筑之间的交流。使读者深入其中的过程成为精神旅程中的一次探索。Reading is a kind of dialogue, participation, as well as journey getting into the author＇s writing situation. This article expatiates on the design concept of Ninghai Library, which expresses more cultural sense with architectural languages, foils solid building volumes with flexible courtyard spaces, shows the rigid and decent character of the building, and creates meaningful indoor spaces by comparison of open and enclosure. A successful library design should create more communication between occupants and environments, between people and buildings, which could make readers experience spirit journeys there.
