Objective Animal model of immunosuppression has been found by chemotherapeutics. Ability of traditional Chinese medicine compound transfer factor improve immunoeyte, this result may be evaluated by immunocyte as a index. Methods Animal model of immunosuppression has been found by using eyclop- hosvnamide for intragastric administration, one time each other day, lavaging 5 times consecutively. Evaluated traditional Chinese medicine compound transfer factor high, medium, low dosage groups( equal to 2,5,10times of people using) improve or not immunoeyte of experimental animals through changes of immunoeyte before and af- ter different experimental groups have been given to medicines. Result Traditional Chinese medicine compound transfer factor can increase remarkably amounts of WBC. Traditional Chinese medicine eompound transfer factor high, medium, low dosage groups compare to model group ,P 〈 0.01 ,the difference is extraordinary significance. It can elevate remarkably percentages of lymphocyte and absolute numbers of CD4^+ T lymphocyte of experimental mouses, P 〈 0. 01, the difference is extraordinary significance. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine compound transfer factor can boost quantums of WBC and CD4^+ T lymphocyte of experimental mouses, concerned with its dosages.
