AxSYM与RP-HPLC法测定卡马西平血药浓度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析AxSYM与RP-HPLC两种方法测定卡马西平血药浓度结果相关性。方法利用AxSYM和RP-HPLC两种方法同时测定卡马西平血药浓度,以AxSYM测定值为X,RP-HPLC测定值为Y进行线性回归,评价其相关性。结果92组数据经线性回归得回归方程:Y=0.013 731+0.969 354X(n=92,r=0.992 451)。结论AxSYM测定卡马西平血药浓度结果与RP-HPLC测定结果具有较好相关性,适用于卡马西平血药浓度的常规监测。Objective To evaluate the correlation between concentration of carbamazepine in serum determined by AxSYM and RP-HPLC. Methods All the samples were determined by AxSYM and RP-HPLC analyzer simultaneously, with AxSYM results as X-axis, RP-HPLC results as Y-axis, deming regression analyses were performed with these data for the evaluation of correlation. Results By means of deming regression, the least squares equations were obtained. Y = 0. 013 731 ＋ 0. 969 354 X （ n = 92 , r = 0. 992 451 ）. Conclusion There is good correlation between concentrations of carbamazepine determined by AxSYM and RP-HPLC, AxSYM assay can be used for routine monitoring of carbamazepine.
