摘　　要：目的观察吻合小隐静脉的腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣改进法的临床效果。方法2002年9月至2008年5月,对小腿下1/3及足踝部软组织缺损7例,均应用吻合小隐静脉腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣改进法修复,切取皮瓣范围6 cm×4 cm^16 cm×12 cm。结果术后19例皮瓣全部成活,随访8~32个月,平均24个月,皮瓣质地优良,外观及感觉功能良好,结论吻合小隐静脉的腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣改进法是修复小腿下1/3及足踝部软组织缺损较为理想的皮瓣。Objective Observed anastomosis saphenous vein the sural neurovascular retrograde flap improved methods clinical application. Methods September 2002 to May 2008, the shank 1 / 3 and ankle soft tissue defect 7 eases, applications saphenous vein the sural neurovascular retrograde flap improved methods to repair, cut flap of 6 cm ×4 cm - 16 cm × 12 cm. Results 19 eases of post-operative flap all survived; Follow-up 8 to 32 months, an average of 24 months. Flap fine texture, appearance and function of good feeling. Conclusion Anastomosis saphenous vein the sural neurovascular retrograde flap improved methods is Repair leg 1 / 3 and ankle soft tissue defect ideal flap.
