摘　　要：目的探讨一次性治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的有效治疗方法。方法采用TURP联合经尿道气压弹道碎石术治疗BPH并发膀胱结石38例。结果38例均一次手术成功,无膀胱穿孔、TURP综合征及严重感染等并发症发生。术后复查KUB,膀胱内均未见结石残留,清石率达100%。最大尿流率较术前明显改善。结论TURP联合经尿道气压弹道碎石术治疗BPH并发膀胱结石,创伤小,恢复快,安全高效,是治疗BPH并发膀胱结石的理想方法。Objective To study the effective treatment in one time for patients with benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH） complicated with bladder calculi. Methods 38 cases of BPH with bladder calculi were treated with transurethral pneumatic lithotripsy（TUPL） followed by transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）. Results All operations were successful, and complete stone clearance was achieved in all cases. No vesical perforation, TURP syndrome and severe infection were complicated. Maximum urinary flow rate was apparently increased . Conclusions TURP with TUPL seems to be an effective and safe method for patients with BPH and bladder calculi.
