摘　　要：本文阐述了《马氏珠母贝养殖技术规范 插核技术操作规程》广东省地方标准的研究与制订过程、内容包含编制的背景、总体思路、技术路线、技术方法以及标准的组成。对马氏珠母贝插核母贝的术前处理、小片贝的选择、手术贝的选择、插核操作、术后休养等进行了明确的规定。This paper dealt with the procedure and program in establishing the Guangdong province standard for technical regulations of inserting nucleus of Pinctada martensii, as well as the structure of the standard. The standard at first in China holds technical specification for adult oyster condition, donor oyster choosing, operation oysters choosing and rehabilitation of operated oysters.
