斯匹仁诺治疗284例念珠性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察斯匹仁诺治疗念珠性阴道炎的疗效。方法收集472例念珠性阴道炎患者进行分组,治疗组284例,口服斯匹仁诺200mg,1次/d,连用7d,对照组188例,仅用制霉菌素栓剂栓塞阴道1次/d,连用7d。结果治疗组近期有效率98.59%,对照组近期有效率62.77%。结论斯匹仁诺口服治疗是念珠性阴道炎的理想、首选药物。Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment to monilial vaginitis by taking hraconazole Capsule. Method Made a division to the patients from the collected 472 cases of monilial vaginitis by two groups. The treatment group included 284 cases , treated by orally taking 200 mg Itraconazole Capsule once a day for uninterrupted seven days; while other 188 cases were for the control group , only treated by the vaginal emlolization of nystatin suppository once a day for uninterrupted seven days. Result The short-term ef- fectove rate of the treatment group reached 98.59% ,while the short-term effective rate of the control group only reached 62.77%. Conclusion Oral medicine Itaconazole Capsule is the ideal and the first choice for the treatment to monilial vaginitis.
