摘  要:在四丁基溴化铵相转移催化剂存在下,以苯酚、2-氯乙醇为原料合成乙二醇苯醚,分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等对合成反应的影响,试验确定合成乙二醇苯醚的最佳工艺条件如下:0.1 mol 苯酚,n(苯酚):n(2-氯乙醇):n(氢氧化钠)=1:1.3:1.05、反应温度95℃、反应5 h、溶剂苯用量为30 mL,催化剂用量为0.75 g,在此条件下,乙二醇苯醚的收率可达88.76%,乙二醇苯醚纯度98.5%。Glycol phenyl ether was synthesized from phenol and 2 - chloroethanol in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of reaction material, dosage of catalyst etc. on the reaction were examined. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature 95 ℃ ,reaction time 5 hours,n(phenol) : n (2 - chloroethanol) = 0.1 : 0.13, n ( phenol ) : n ( sodium hydroxide) = 0.1 : 0.105, volume of solvent 30 mL, the dosage of phase transfer catalyst 0.75 g ( based on 0. 1 tool phenol). The yield and purity of glycol phenyl ether could reach 88.76% and 98.5% respectively.
