摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了 ZrO_2载体,应用静态空气、流动空气、流动氮气、流动空气-静态空气焙烧方法处理载体粒子,采用浸渍法制备了上述载体的负载型 Ni/ZrO_2催化剂,考察了焙烧方法、焙烧温度对 Ni/ZrO_2催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,采用流动氮气500℃焙烧载体,制得的 Ni/ZrO_2催化剂孔径小,比表面积较大;采用流动氮气800℃焙烧载体,制得的 Ni/ZrO_2催化剂在联合重整甲烷反应中甲烷转化率高于90%。ZrO2 was prepared by sol -gel method. The effects of different calcination methods including static air, flowing N2, flowing air, flowing N2 - static air and calcination temperatures on the properties of Ni/ZrO2 particles were studied. Ni/ZrO2 catalyst was prepared by impregnation methods. The effect of support was investigated. The catalysts possessed large specific surface area with small pore size whose support was calcined by flowing - N2 at 500 ℃. The conversions of CH4 was over 90% on CO2 - O2 reforming of methane using Ni/ ZrO2 catalyst whose support was calcined by flow - N2 at 800 ℃.
