摘  要:工业废弃物钢渣用于氯氧镁水泥发泡材料的填充料,不但可提高制品的力学性能,同时为钢渣的回收利用提供了新途径,符合环保节能的要求。按均匀设计思想安排实验方案,减少了实验次数,降低了操作成本。利用SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science)软件对发泡材料强度指标的主要影响因素进行了非线性回归分析,实现了影响因素的定量研究,并对回归方程优化的实验数据进行了实验验证,取得了满意的效果。建立了强度、密度与发泡剂掺量的关系曲线,可以用于指导工程实践。Industrial wastes steel slag is used for filling in Sorel cement foaming material. It not only improves the product mechanical properties,but also provides a new path for reatilization of steel slag, and meets the request of environment protection and energy-saving. The experimental scheme was devised according to the principle of uniform design to reduce experiment times and operation cost. Nonlinear regression analysis was made on main influencing factors of strength index of foaming material with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science)software. The quantitative analysis of influencing factors was achieved,and the verification of the optimal experiment data from regression equation was done. Satisfactory results were obtained. The relation curve of strength,density and foam agent content is established that can be used for guiding engineering practice.
