刺激耳穴对定量负荷中心功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：采用超声心动图检查与动力性运动负荷实验相结合的实验方法，采用自身对照法，对２６名受试者分别测定刺激耳穴“心穴”、“小肠”穴，以及不刺激耳穴时，受试者安静时，运动负荷中及运动负荷后各１２ｍｉｎ的多种心功能指标。实验证明，刺激特定的耳穴可以激发心力储备的潜力，提高心脏的排血功能及舒张功能。By the method of combining echocardiographic examination with kinetic exercise experiment, andby self-contrast 26 subjects were tested on their heart function indexes during stimulating ear, heart and smallintestine acupoints, without stimulating ear acupoint, at rest, during exercise and every 12 minutes after exercise. The experiment proved that stimulating specific ear acupoints could excite the potential of cardiac reserve and improve cardiac output and diastolic function.
