摘　　要：分析了不同结构形式的瓦楞纸板的研究进展,开发了带有高低瓦楞夹芯的瓦楞纸板。该瓦楞纸板的夹芯由一层均匀瓦楞芯和一层高低瓦楞芯粘贴成双层瓦楞而成。给出了高低瓦楞辊的结构形式和高弹瓦楞纸板的生产工艺原理图,以便于该瓦楞纸板的规模投产。该瓦楞纸板结构可以减小单位质量的瓦楞纸板的厚度,增加瓦楞纸板抵抗二次冲击的能力,因此特别适合于制备瓦楞纸箱或制作瓦楞纸板缓冲衬垫。The research advance of the corrugated paperboards with different structures was summarized, and the corrugated cardboard with alternative high and low corrugated sandwich cores was developed. The corrugated cores are made of the pasted double-corrugated with one identical corrugated and another high and low corrugated core. The structure form of high and low corrugated rollers and the production process of highly elastic corrugated cardboard were introduced for scale production. Compared with the conventional corrugated cardboard, the highly elastic corrugated cardboard can reduce the thickness per unit weight and increase the secondary resistance capability. Therefore, it is suitable for manufacturing corrugated boxes and corrugated cushioning pads.
