摘　　要：近年来,我国高等教育领域内涌现了一批新建的地方性本科院校,它们是中国教育事业的新生力量。由于在本科教育方面经验不足,这些院校普遍存在着管理上的某些缺陷,影响着学校整体的建设和发展。文章试从新建本科院校管理队伍建设的重要性、特殊性和创新性上加以论述,并提出建议。In recent years, a batch of new local colleges have come forth in China, which have been the newly emerging force for Chinese educational cause. For lack of experience in undergraduate education, there are still plenty of shortcomings on management in most of the colleges which affect the overall construction and development of the college. This article expounds it from 3 aspects, impori tance, specialty, and innovation and gives some suggestions.
