摘　　要：学生工作队伍建设是提高学生工作的有效性和针对性,培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的关键。当前,高校的学生工作队伍建设面临一些新的问题和挑战,分析这些问题和挑战,找到应对措施,如建立网络政工师队伍和学生工作学科体系,完善高校的用人机制等等,非常重要。The contingent building of the student work is the key to improving the effectiveness and exactness, and training of qualified builders of socialism and reliable successors. At present, the collegestudents team building are facing some new problems and challenges, so it＇s vital to analyze such problems and challenges, to find measures, such as the establishment of lands and network division and establish a disciplinary system to improve the college＇s employment mechanism.
