无张力修补术在腹股沟疝手术中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的：分析研究腹股沟疝充填式无张力修补术的临床应用价值和应用前景。方法：对2001年-2008年间实施腹股沟疝充填式无张力疝修补与传统疝修补的两组病例（两组病例均为80例）的手术时间、术后疼痛程度、感染、初次下地时间、住院天数、恢复劳动能力时间、术后复发率等各方面进行对照分析研究。结果：腹股沟疝充填式无张力修补术较传统修补术具有手术时间短、术后疼痛轻、术后复发率低、术后感染无增加、无排异反应及异物感等优点。结论：腹股沟疝充填式无张力修补术对腹股沟疝的解剖缺陷有针对性，符合生理，创伤小，修补快，并发症少，恢复快，复发率低，手术适应证宽，具有良好的临床应用价值和广泛的应用前景。Objective To analyze the application prospects and clinical values of mesh - plug tension - free repair for inguinal herni- as. Method The data of two groups as patients treated by mesh - plug tension - free repair for inguinal hernias （ n = 80） and patients trea- ted with traditional repair （n = 80） from 2001 to 2008 were analyzed. The study included the operation time, level of postoperative pain, infections, primary under time, in hospital days, workability restore time, and the recurrence rate etc. Results The mesh - plug hernia repair had a greater advantage than the traditional hernia repair procedure ,such as shorter operation time, less postoperative pains, the less rate of recurrence, shorter workability restore time, no more postoperative infections, no rejection and uncomfortable feeling etc. Conelu- slon Mesh - plug tension - free repair is aimed at the impairment of the anatomy of inguinal hernias, and accords with physiologic, less trauma, quicker repair, less neopathy, quicker recovery, less recurrence rate, wider indications. Mesh - plug tension - free herniorrhaphy has the great clinical application values and great prospects in hospital.
