摘　　要：结合冷轧一期焦炉煤气净化和制氢装置运行中的成熟经验和教训,论述了先脱硫后脱萘的可行性和增设电捕焦油器的必要性。重点对脱萘塔、解吸气管道易板结、堵塞和腐蚀严重等问题作了全面的分析和处理,并收到了良好的综合效果。The ripe experience and lesson gained in purifying coke oven gas and operation of hydrogen making plant for cold roiling of the first phase were summarized. The feasibility of first desulphurization and then naphthalene-removing and the necessity of adding electrical tar precipitator were discussed. The serious problems, such as hardening, blocking and corrosion in the naphthalene-removing tower and stripping gas pipe were analyzed and treated, and better comprehensive effects were achieved.
