摘 要:以Ca(NO3)2·4H2O和NH3·H2O(质量分数25%~28%)为原料,在无任何模板存在下采用常压液相法制备了Cd(OH)2纳米带,将Cd(OH)2纳米带在350℃下煅烧4h得到形貌相似的CdO半导体纳米带材料。XRD、TEM和SAED等测试结果表明,适当的温度对于Cd(OH)2和CdO纳米带的形成是必须的;所制得的Cd(OH)2纳米带为六方单晶结构,宽度为100~200nm,长度达1.5μm,厚度约为30nm;CdO纳米带为面心立方单晶结构。By using Cd(NO3)2.4H2O and NH3.H2O(25% - 28 % ) as raw materials, Cd(OH)2 nanobelts were prepared under atmospheric pressure by the solution method without using any templates. XRD, TEM and SAED results showed that a proper temperature for forming the nanobehs of Cd(OH)2 and CdO was essential and the as-prepared Cd(OH)2 nanobehs with a single hexagonal structure could be prepared at atmospheric pressure and 90℃ with its width ranging from 100 nm to 200 nm, its length reaching up to 1.5μm and its thickness, reaching about 30 nm. CdO semiconductor nanomaterial with similar morphology and face-centered cubic phase was obtained by calcining Cd(OH)2 nanobelts under 350℃ in air for 4h.
