基于DEA方法的珠三角都市农业企业创新能力水平的评价

摘　　要：结合珠三角地区(ROD)都市农业发展的实践,根据都市农业发展的功能结构,把都市农业发展水平评价分为经济功能发展水平、社会功能发展水平和生态功能发展水平三个子系统,并据以设置都市农业发展评价指标体系;应用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对珠三角地区9个城市的都市农业发展水平进行了评价。研究结果表明,珠三角地区都市农业发展整体水平较高,各城市都市农业发挥经济功能的水平高,部分城市的都市农业在发挥社会功能和生态功能方面还须改进。Combined with the practice of PRD urban agricuhure, according to function structure of the urban agriculture development, the article divided the urban agriculture evaluation system into three subsystems, which are the levels of economics development, society function development and ecology function development. And then the article set up an index system, apply DEA method to analyze the development level of PRD urban agriculture. The conclusion show that the overall development level of PRD urban agriculture is high, the level of economics function in PRD is high, but the society function level and ecology level of parts of the cities is low, and that need to be improved.
