风水混合喷雾技术在煤矿井下的应用

摘　　要：介绍一种风水混合喷雾系统,阐述该系统的使用方法及工作原理。该系统用于井下综采、综掘及需要降尘的地点,可增强水的雾化效果,从而起到既节约用水,减少底板用水量,又能有效降尘的作用,尤其在综采、综掘工作面使用,还可以吹散局部瓦斯、合理通风系统、提高煤质、提高企业的经济效益,促进煤矿的安全生产。A mixed spray system with wind- water is introduced. Theuse and working principle of the system are expounded. It can enhance the effect of the spray water in the fully - mechanized mining and drivage, and in the needing dusting, so as to save water and reduce water consumption floor, dustfall significant effect. Fully- particularly in fully mechanized excavation face can also disperse local gas and make ventilation system reasonable, improve coal quality and enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises, more effectively promote the coal mine production safety.
