摘　　要：介绍了裴沟煤矿职工澡堂楼基本情况,对澡堂楼墙体破坏过程进行叙述,从建筑物使用环境、结构选型、使用功能、承压面积等方面对破坏原因进行了分析,提出了永久加固施工方案。The basis conditions and damaging reason of the employees＇ bathhouse building in Peigou Coal Mine are introduced ; A general analysis of all possible damaging factors from the aspects of use circumstance, structure, funtion, pressure bearing area of the building are made, and a parmenent reiforcing construction plan is put forward.
