摘　　要：采用ARM嵌入式微处理器研制了航标遥测监控终端,可完成航标各种状态参数如电压、电流、灯质等,并通过GPRS/GSM网络将数据传送回监控中心。围绕终端的关键电路如电源、灯质采集,数据处理方法等进行了说明。RTU（ Remote Terminal Unit） based on ARM was implemented to acquistc many important parapameters of Pharos such as Voltage, Current and Flash period, those data is transferred to monitor centre through GPRS/GSM net. The key points are mainly discussed, covering power supply and how to get Flash period and multi -level data treatment.
