长株潭“两型社会”试验区行政治理模式

摘　　要：2007年12月14日,经国务院同意,国家发改委正式批准长沙、株洲、湘潭城市群为"全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革试验区"。长株潭正式被国务院批准成为"两型社会"综合配套改革实验区,其发展直接关系到湖南经济的发展乃至中部崛起计划的实现。而长株潭的发展进程中,政府始终发挥着关键的推动作用,如何克服地方政府间的本位主义,建立有效的协调机制,对推动长株潭"两型社会"建设起着至关重要的作用,因而本论文的研究也具有重大的应用价值。December 14, 2007, the State Council agreed that the National Development and Reform Commission formally approved in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan city group as ＂the resource-saving and environment-friendly society supporting a comprehensive reform pilot area＂.The development of Changzhutan is a direct bearing on economic development in Hunan province ,and even the achievement of central China plans. In the development process, the government has always played a key role in promoting, and how to overcome the inter-departmental selfishness of the local government, the establishment of an effective coordination mechanism to promote Changzhutan＂ resource-saving and environment-friendly society supporting a comprehensive reform pilot area ＂plays a vital building.
