摘 要:分析传统微量水分分析仪的原理和不足,介绍基于DLAS技术的微量水分分析技术的优点。在分析DLAS技术原理和调制吸收光谱技术后,详细阐述了研制的基于DLAS技术的微量水分分析仪,并应用于PVC工艺中微量水测量,进行了数据分析。实验结果表明:该仪器具有探测下限低(小于20 ppb)、线性误差小(小于1%F.S.)和响应时间短等优点,可为化工行业腐蚀性气体或液体中微量水分测量提供良好的解决方案。The principles and deficiencies of the traditional trace moisture analyzers were analyzed firstly, and then the merit of trace moisture analysis technology based on diode laser absorption spectroscopy(DLAS) was introduced. The principles of the DLAS technology and modulation absorption spectroscopy technology were also analyzed in detail. We designed the trace moisture analyzer based on DLAS and applied the analyzer in measuring the trace moisture of the PVC production. Experimental results show that the analyzer works very well with many advantages, such as low detection limit ( 〈 20 ppb), little linear error( 〈 1% F. S. )and short response time. Therefore, on-line trace moisture analyzer based on DLAS can provide favorable solutions for the trace moisture measurements in the erosive gases or liquids environment in chemical industry.
