巴曲酶联合利尿剂治疗糖尿病肾病26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨巴曲酶联合利尿剂治疗中晚期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择26例糖尿病肾病患者,在常规治疗的基础上,静滴巴曲酶注射液(5 U+100 ml生理盐水),每日1次,连续5 d;利尿合剂静滴。检测治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(Alb)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原(Fib)及体重。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后Alb、Fib、血浆粘度、体重均下降(P均<0.01),FBG、Cr、BUN、Ccr无明显改变。结论:巴曲酶联合利尿剂可使糖尿病肾病患者体重明显下降,水肿明显减轻,有较好的治疗效果。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of batroxobin combined with diuretics in treating medium and end stage of diabetic nepbropatby. Methods： Twenty-six cases of diabetic nephropathy were treated with convenient therapeutic method, intravenous drip With batroxobin injection （5 U＋100 ml normal saline） for 5 days, intravenous drip with mixture diuretic. The levels of the urinary albumin, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, fasting blood glucose, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and body weight were detected be- fore and after treatment. Results： After treatment, Alb,Fib,FBG and body weight decreased in comparing with those before the treatment （P〈0.01）. Blood glucose, Cr, BUN, Ccr had no significant changes. Conclusion： Batroxobin combined with diuretic have better therapeutic effect on the patients with diabetic nephropatby, decreased the body weight and reduced the edema significantly.
