摘 要:笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)是由Si-O-Si键组成的无机核、顶点处连接有机取代基团的大小0.5nm^3 nm结构规整的新型纳米分子,具有高的热稳定性。文中就聚合物/POSS纳米复合材料热性能的影响因素进行综述,讨论了各种热性能增强机理的研究进展。Polyhedral oligosilsesquioixanes (POSS) consists of a new well-defined nanoscale molecule (0.53 nm in size) with an inorganic silica-like core ((SiO1.5)n) surrounded by eight organic comer group (functional or inert) which possess high thermal stability. Polymer/POSS nanocomposites have attracted great interest of many researchers recently due to their excellent thermal properties relative to polymeric materials. In this paper, the influence factors such as dipolar-dipolar effect, hydrogen interaction, nanometer enhancement effect, dilute and free volume effect, on the thermal property of polymer/ POSS nanocomposites were summarized and different thermal property enhancement mechanisms were discussed.
