摘 要:采用原位反应复合的方法研究制备了长支化聚丙烯(LCBPP)/木粉(WF)复合材料。FT-IR结果表明,单体季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)被接枝到了PP骨架上。多种流变实验测试结果(黏度曲线,储能模量)证实了长支化聚丙烯的存在。复合材料性能测试表明,长支化反应提高了木塑材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度,最大幅度分别达到29.44%和27.75%。其原因在于LCBPP与木粉颗粒的相容性较好,这由SEM照片得到了证实。In order to improve the mechanical properties of polypropylene (PP)/wood flour(WF) composites, linear polypropylene was modified by melt grafting reaction in Haake mixer. Long chain branching (LCB) polypropylene/wood flour composite was made by one step. FT-IR results indicate that macroradical recombination reactions take place and PETA has been grafted onto PP backbone in the composites. Several rheological plots including viscosity curve, storage modulus were used to prove LCB. Mechanical tests show that LCB increase the Izod notched impact strength and tensile strength. While scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that LCB PP has a stronger affinity with the wood particles. It is expected there is an interaction between LCB PP and the wood particles formed in reactive mixing, which should improve the mechanical properties of the composites.
