摘 要:将制备好的磺酸基遥爪液晶离聚物(LCI)作为增容剂应用于PA6/PP共混体系,改变其在共混体系中的质量分数,对共混合金进行热失重、拉伸性能、吸水率、扫描电镜、转矩实验等测试。研究表明,适量液晶离聚物的加入,共混合金热稳定性提高,拉伸强度提高,吸水率降低。在电镜下观察,共混合金两相界面变得模糊。在液晶离聚物加入量为共混体系质量的0.8%~1.0%时,共混体系的综合性能可达到最佳值。A type of telechelic liquid crystalline ionomer containing sulfonic groups which had been synthesized was used as compatibilizer for PA6/PP blends. Measurements including TGA, tensile property test, water absorption test, SEM and torque test were used with altering the amount of LCIs in the blends. The results indicate that when the amount of LCIs is proper, thermal stability and tensile strength are improved. But water absorption decreases. Observed in electron microscope, interface between PA6 and PP also becomes fuzzy. According to analysises in the paper, It is concluded that blends can have the best combination properties when filler addition is 0.8 % -- 1.0 %.
