磷酸三丁酯-柴油萃取高质量浓度含酚废水的处理

摘　　要：介绍了磷酸三丁酯-柴油在处理高质量浓度含酚废水时的最优化条件。在25℃、TBP含量为30%、pH值小于7、油水比1∶1(体积比)的条件下,处理效率达98.7%。该萃取条件同时对COD和色度的去除率分别达到76.8%和80%,为后续处理提供了保证。The best conditions of application of using TBP-diesel oil extracting solvent to extract high concentration Phenol wastewater are introduced. The extraction rate of phenol can measure up to 98.7 % under the conditions of 25 ℃ the content of TBP is 30%, pH〈7, 1 ： 1 of oil to wastewater （by vol）. The removal efficiency to COD and chroma on this condition can respective achieve 76.8% and 80%, ensuring rear disposal succeed.
