摘  要:以半夏的球根茎为试材,基于均匀设计法研究了半夏球根茎的不同提取液对大豆蚜虫的触杀和拒食作用。结果表明:乙醇浸提液对大豆蚜虫具有较高的触杀作用。水蒸气蒸馏液对大豆蚜虫具有较强的拒食作用。乙醇浸提液对大豆蚜虫48h的致死中浓度(LC50)为9.7439g/L,水蒸气蒸馏液对大豆蚜虫24、48h的拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为8.3756、7.9162g/L。丙酮浸提液对大豆蚜虫的触杀和拒食作用不显著。半夏球根茎的乙醇浸提液和水蒸气蒸馏液对大豆蚜虫54h的同时触杀和拒食活性质量浓度初步筛选结果表明:乙醇浸提液24.1955g/L和水蒸气蒸馏液23.0230g/L联合使用对大豆蚜虫同时触杀和拒食活性作用最好,死亡率达100%。The bulbs of Pinellia ternata were used as the experimental material, uniform design for studied various extraction for contacting and antifeeding against Aphis glycines. The results showed that ethanol extract possessed high effectiveness of contacting against Aphis glycines, the LC50 of death was 9.7439 g/L in 24 h. Wetdistillation liquid possessed strong effect on antifeeding of Aphis glycines, the AFC50 of antifeeding were 8.3756, 7.9162 g/L in 24, 48 h respectively. Acetone extracts had indistinctively effect on contacting and antifeeding of Aphis glycines. The results of preliminary screening for contacting and antifeeding against Aphis glycines showed that ethanol extract with 24.1955 g/L and wetdistillation liquid with 23.0230 g/L had strong effect on contacting and antifeeding of Aphis glycines simultaneously, the rate of death was 100% in 54 h.
