摘  要:分光光度法具有操作简单,干扰少,重现性好,准确度高等优点。在pH=2—9的范围内,Fe^2+能与邻菲哆啉生成橙红色的络合物,可进行比色测定。采用邻菲哆啉光度法测定了合成磷酸亚铁锂中的全铁含量,测得的铁含量为31.53%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8%(n=5),加标回收率为97.69%~101.4%;在弱酸性条件下,正磷酸根与偏钒酸铵及钼酸铵作用生成可溶性的黄色的磷钒钼黄络合物,可进行比色测定。采用此法,即磷钒钼黄光度法测定了合成磷酸亚铁锂中的磷含量,测得的磷含量为18.98%,RSD为0.2%(n=6)。加标回收率为98.20%-102.1%。Spectrophotometer is an ideal method for determinating ferrous and phosphorus content, and has many advantages, such as simple procedure ,little interference, good reproducibility and improved accuracy,etc. When pH is between 2 -9,the salmon pink complex from the reaction of Fe^2+ with 1,10 - phenanthroline can be used to determinate ferrous content by spectrophotometer. The authors determine Fe^2+ content in synthesized cathode material LiFePO4. The result is 31.53% ,of which RSD is 0.8% (n =5) and the recovery of standard addition is 97.69% - 101.4%. In the solution of weak acidity,the phosphorus vanadium molybdate yellow complex from the reaction of PO4^3- with ammonium metavanadate and ammonium molybdate can be used to determinate phosphorus content by spectrophotometer. The authors determine phosphorus content in LiFePO4 as well. The result is 18.98% ,of which RSD is 0.2% (n = 6) and the recovery is 98.20% - 102.1%.
