摘　　要：针对学院教学体制的特点,开发了一套教务管理系统,统一管理教学业务的各个流程。系统融合了C/S与B/S技术,具有高效的事务处理机制和信息管理模式,在设计和实现方面均有自己的特点。A Information System of Educational Administration is developed to fulfill the target of software college education on the base of its own character, which has merge the technology of client/ server and browser/server. The system has a high efficient mechanism of transaction progressing effectively and a pattern of information management roundly. Using OOA, it showed its own feature in the designing of structure and database.
